Beth has 25+ years in the Human Resources profession in an HR generalist capacity as an HR Director and CHRO working in industries regulated by the State of Massachusetts (i.e., non-profit, healthcare and cannabis) and in manufacturing and insurance.  

Beth received her MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from Assumption College in Worcester, MA and is currently certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through HRCI, a Society of Human Resources Management-Senior Certified Profession (SHRM-SCP) through SHRM and as a Certified Plan Sponsor Professional (CPSP) through PSCA and is a Massachusetts Notary Public.  

Beth is also a longtime volunteer HR leader in the community serving in various roles, committees and boards and is currently serving as the MA State Council of SHRM-Chapter Management Professional.  Beth also served as a volunteer leader for the SHRM Tri-State Conference planning committee from 2004 to 2025.
